Buying a Deal

We send out our packaged property deals via email to our investors.  

 

This is the only way that we send out our deals.
 

​If you are interested in buying one of the properties, you need to follow the simple step-by-step process in the email we sent to you.

• Text to register your interest.

• ​We will call you back in the order of texts received and give you basic details about the property.

• If you wish to proceed, we will send you our Terms & Conditions and an invoice for the Finder's Fee.

• From this point, the sale proceeds as a normal sale, and you will deal directly with the agent.

• We, of course, will be on hand if you have any queries throughout the process.
